Eo's Boat Picture

It's a picture that I love...very much. It depicts the tranquility that I am forever seeking and...I happen to LOVE boats and water; the pristine "quiet" of the water's surface, at the time that he took this picture; the lines of the pieces of wood on both the wharf and inside of the boat. Love so much, the entire piece! And...it was taken in my "Homeland" of Denmark so...it means that much more to me.

Eo wrote, sometime ago, (and I kept forgetting to post it!) about something wonderful that he saw, when he had this picture hanging on his wall:

"I wanted to tell that when I'd just made that picture in the nineties, I had it on my wall. And one morning very early, I woke up, and the just-rising sun was framed by trees and buildings to make a little square, hitting the wall at an astute angle, *exactly* framing this photo! Like a spotlight from the almighty."

Isn't that beautiful?! Wish I could have seen that! Well...someday, I plan to put a great BIG picture of this on a BIG, empty wall I have, in the living room. It will remind me, until I can get there, of a place that I want to go, someday, to visit, the next time I am in Denmark. :-D

When A Girl Asks... (UPDATED 1/20)

I just read this article. TOO CUTE! So...all I'm saying is this, guys: "When a girl asks, PLEASE, at least give her the honor, respect, and PLEASURE of your company...if for no longer than an evening's dinner date; a lifetime, if that evening works out well!" Hopefully, you're all nice and cleaned up and not disgusting with the table/eating manners and etiquette and such; and...PLEASE DON'T be a 'Tight Wad'...just for that one meal!! Oh but...guess what happens, if you do turn out to "go Dutch" on that date: it cuts "the guessing game" down, considerably, to discovering this about you, down the road, when it seems "silly" to throw in the towel, after the wedding dress has already been ordered!!!!! A generous man is a SEXY thing; and...not just in the financial department: try your ENTIRE LIFE: your time, sharing your thoughts and dreams; spending time with your (and her) family... It's ALL a VERY SEXY package, if you are an all-around generous person! Just saying! :-D Girls have a sense about some of these things, ya know!
