I've always been what I call a 'HopeFUL Romantic,' rather than the usual label that puts forth a negative connotation: I believe in "true love" and...that if a couple is supposed to be together, God Will Direct it so that they are able to be together. Of course, it's heart-breaking, when people meddle in what I believe is God-ordained, in the first place, and causes the couple not to be able to be together as much as they wanat to be. So sad...ALL the years stolen from this couple. A silver lining, in the end, though. DON'T WAIT TO CONTACT SOMEONE THAT YOU LOVE AND MISS AND WANT SO MUCH TO BE TOGETHER WITH. YOU NEVER KNOW THE REASON WHY THINGS ENDED BUT...IF YOU STILL LONG FOR THIS PERSON, THERE'S PROBABLY A VERY GOOD REASON. REACH OUT AND CONTACT THE ONE YOU LOVE, BEFORE CHRISTMAS; YOU NEVER KNOW HOW THINGS MIGHT END UP. GOOD LUCK!

I can't recall a musical being done, in film, since Nicole Kidman's 'Moulin Rouge.' This Christmas, however, get ready to watch what looks - to me - to be a musical with Academy Awards all around! Seeing Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne, Aaron Tveit, Samantha Barks, with Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen, singing, well...that, um, "sounds" very intriguing, indeed! One more month away! Mark your calendars!

'Heaven Is For Real'

I've written a post about this wonderful young man, and his amazing experience, before, but, recently, had a chance to read the book that his father wrote to help share his cool story. It's changed my life, FOREVER! There's not a day that I don't "walk and talk with Him," realizing that He is right there waiting to have Fellowship with us; and...we don't need formalities to spend time "talking" with Him. Please read this book, if it is the last book that you ever pick up. The book is written in a very "user-friendly" format - albeit profound - filled with inspirational messages that Colton received from beyond this life as we know it, here.

Incidentally, there is a thread of a discussion, that weaves, throughout the entire book, about what our Creator looked like, to Colton, and...amazingly, after MANY attempts to get Colton to "commit" to a certain portrait of Jesus, he actually *does* do so...to this wonderful artist, Akiane, whose work I was BLESSED to see, first hand, a couple of years ago; and...the picture of Jesus, that she painted, is who Colton said that he had met. :-)   Please return, after having read the book, and tell me what you thought.
