Pink Floyd - Another Brick In The Wall(Live)

I could watch David Gilmour play his guitar every night, for the rest of my life, and I don't think I'd ever get tired of that dude! :-P

To be fair, the rest of that band is pretty fantabulous, as well! My all-time favorite band is the Eagles but...dang...I can't think of a more spectacular band than this one! And...the light shows are out of this world AMAZING!

Hope you enjoy!

Hi, TC -

You'll probably laugh, but anyway, I have 19 of Pink Floyd's LPs, but a couple of those are duplicates. I have three copies of 'Dark Side' for example, in case one wears out - and I also have that on a CD.

The first time I was on a real 'trip' I was listening to Dark Side one night at a gal-pal's place many long years ago now. She made interesting cookies......

Hi, Ray...

"You'll probably laugh..."

How'd you know?! :-D Actually, I had wondered if you'd "come out to play" if I posted some Pink Floyd, so...GLAD to see that you stopped by! :-)

Also GLAD to read that you have CD's of 'em! Put the LP's to bed, Dude! ;-)

Sounds like you and your friend had a nice batch o' cookies, once upon a time, Ray! I've never had any, actually! I was wishing for some, when I went to the Lazarium, in San Francisco, some years ago, myself, though, when they played 'The Wall' during the show! I think it was the first time I had heard it, since my "traumatic" teen years! Wasn't sure I could sit through it but...I think it was the beginning of some healing that took place.

I can just remember the first time I actually *saw* these dudes playing, on a DVD PBS was running, for a pledge drive, and my mouth just about dropped to the floor! I had NEVER seen such a GINORMOUS band, let alone a light show like they put on. I was just in AWE, when I saw it! I think this is just one of the songs from that DVD! And, truthfully, I don't even need a thing to watch this one, it's just *that* AMAZING! And...really...music has been my "high" most of my life! There's just about nuttin' that I love better! :-P

I think it would be AMAZING to see this band, someday. I've seen the Eagles, live; best birthday pressie I ever gave myself. I sure wouldn't mind trying to do the same, in about 2 years, going to see these guys! :-D

Somehow, I think I might have missed the boat, though, Ray. But...check out this [seemingly] latest: http://www.pinkfloyd.com/news/news_release.php (watch the vid. Quite cool! Brings tears to my eyes! The fricken BEST band in history, to date! It's SAD to see everyone getting old or gone.

Hope you enjoy the vid, Ray! :-)
