'Foreigner' sang this song, back in 1984; one of my all-time favorite songs. I think Mariah did a beautiful job singing this. Hope you enjoy!

TC [Girl] said...: Yes. Did you get a chance to listen to Foreigner, as well? It's kind of weird, isn't it: you hear a different version from someone else and it completely throws you. Tommy said...: I listened to "Foreigner" (interesting name for a person,group or whatever) also, but I really like the Mariah version better. You can hear her real voice better, it's smoother and less Bossish (Bruce Springstein).; January 10, 2011 at 1:52 PM

Yes...very, very different times, methinks! I'm a Classic Rock gurl. That "easy-listening" stuff you listen to seemed to become "elevator music," in my day! :-(
